Recently diagnosed with ckd stage 3 I also have a severe case of hypothyroidism starting me on 300 mg of levothroxine today and now being tested for celiac disease... how are these things connected

I have no idea how they would be connected Thst also seems like a huge dose of medicine. My son has celiacs and generally has intestinal issues if wrong foods are consumed. Great luck!!

Your situation seems more complicated than just CKD stage 3 (although this is quite serious), so you must ask about your levothroxine dosage and all about celiac disease, if you do have it.
