6 MONTH CHECK UP.

I went for my 6 month check,feeling a little nervous but on the whole my anxiety levels were pretty good for me.

I saw a different Consultant.Firstly he took me of the Thyroid medication I was put on

6 months ago, I'm in the normal range,something to do with my pituitary gland!!

My Blood Pressure was 210/110.........after a lye down........170/105.

I take Ramipril, Felodipine,Atorvastatin,Propranolol,Bendroflumethiaze,Aspirin

Upped dose of Felodipine, have tried many different variations,but as I'm still working it was difficult as I usually end up on the floor! Diaxosan and Amlodapine a disaster!!

I don't know my GFR as my Creatinine was not on the screen....error.

So more blood tests, back in 3 months for results and BP check.

So now I am stressed!!!

I found out six weeks ago that I have ckd4...initially I panicked as my Gfr was only 25, but after speaking with two people also suffering I started to drink more water and my blood pressure dropped by about 10 on both systolic and diasystolic. So that's something that may help....good luck.
