Had free screening done at supermarket which was 249. Shocked as I have always been 178-185. Had alot of Swiss cheese and crackers 2 days prior. Had coffee with cream at 9 am and 3 bottles of water before test was done at 2:30. No food. What could have spiked it? Last done there was 189. Going to lab in a few weeks as dr said don't worry as I have never been high. Not overweight. Advice please. Thanks

I imagine the coffee & cream at 9 am they say to get an accurate reading you need the test first thing before eating or drinking anything!
