Repeat Fistulaplasty?

Hi everyone. My current fistula is over 16 years old. It's always been very powerful, yet I'm now having some stenosis (narrowing) issues due to calcification because I've been dialysing for so long. It's my third fistula and I'm keen not to lose it, as I have no more arm space left for a fourth. I had a plasty in February to widen the vessel, with good effect, but will be possibly need another within the next few months.

Has anyone else had this procedure repeatedly? Do you find the outcome is always as successful each time?
