1.1 is not much to get alarm ,how ever eat one green apple a day ,it will try to expel toxins in your system , that will reduce creatininie level too, also eat two slices of pine apple at least once a week.

Internet advocate Apple cider vinegar,it has 13 health benefits,

Do a GFR test every month and be on your guard

wish u good health

WATCH YOUR POTASSIUM AND PHOSPHORUS INTAKE. I, TOO AND TRYING TO LOWER CREATININE AND RAISE GFR. WAS EATING BROCCOLI EVERY DAY TILL I FOUND IT WAS HIGH IN POTASSIUM. GO ON LINE-LOOK FOR LISTING OF FOODS HIGH IN POTASSIUM AND PHOSPHORUS. AND DRINK AT LEAST 64 OX OF WATER PER DAY-HELPS FLUSH OUT TOXINS. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS.
