Just wondering if thers a preferred bottled water to drink that doesn't have high levels of the things we need to avoid? Like potassium phosphate etc

I drink bottled water only but I want to know the best one to drink

I usually have robinsons apple and blackcurrant diluted with it

This web site rates bottled water:

ewg.org/2011-bottled-water-...

I didn't study it, so I don't know whether it has the info you need.

According to the program I'm on, alkaline water is the best. Fiji water is one, also I think HEB has a brand with higher PH.

You're welcome rabbit01. I don't know where you live but Chuck Norris is coming out with a new water that's supposed to be good. Will keep you posted on that as soon as he starts distribution. Hoping it won't be as expensive as Fiji, but Fiji sure is good!! Hope all is going well with you. Prayers daily❤️ God can do anything!!

You can buy Fiji in grocery store, a little more expensive. Also Icelander, but haven't found that one yet. Ran across I believe it is HEB brand water that's more alkaline. You can read it on the bottle. will post if I find others. Also I take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar(brags brand) which helps raise body ph. Prayers for you. God can do anything!!!!

Thanks for the info I just purchased a case of Fiji water, will give it a go

👍

Look on the bottle

Tap water is safe in most countries.

If your on dialysate your dialysate will read probably Potassium 1, etc Look for the lower levels on bottled water if you drink it.

You may find Spring Water has lower levels than Mineral Water.

So iv orderd a case of Fiji water says it has silica in it as a mineral from the natural filtering process

So is silica ok on the kidneys?

I HAD BEEN DRINKING "SMART WATER"- SIMILAR TO FIJI. STOPPED DRINKING IT BECAUSE AM NOT SURE IF ELECTROLYTES ARE NEEDED OR HELPFUL- OR HARMFUL. SO MUCH IN THE CKD DIET IS CONFUSING OR CONFLICTING- HAVE STONES TOO. MY M.D. JUST SAID- DRINK A GALLON OF WATER PER DAY. WILL ASK HIM NEXT WEEK, WHEN I GO. JUST HAD KIDNEY BLOOD FUNCTION TEST TODAY- PRAYERS PLEASE STILL THINK CHINESE MEDICINE IS WAY AHEAD OF WESTERN COUNTRIES- WHY IS THAT??? PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES????

I myself drink natural bottled mineral water not tap water. I also think drinking green tea is also beneficial.

I use filtered alkaline water. I get my filters from "water-for-health.co.uk. Saves buying all those plastic bottles.
