New to ckd and have question

Doctor put me down with stage 3 ckd about 2 months ago after 2 yrs with blood in urine and tiny simple kidney cyst and incontance. I just got my kidney function back up to low 60s and for past 3 to 4 weeks been drinking more since every lab work was told possibly dehydrated but peeing very little and now think getting a uti and doctors is closed and not sure what to do. Getting even drinking get tummy little nausous
