yes it can go up & down it can vary day to day even on dialysis my hubbies is sometimes 6 & sometimes 8! obviously when its that low its not going to vary much but at your level it can, hopefully for you if it stays in between the figures it will keep you from dialysis sounds like you have between 28/34% function left!
Hi, mine was 42 six months ago it is now 35 but I asked my renal consultant and he said it could go back up.
