On the old board someone had a great post about eyetracking exercises. Can that person please explain those again? Thank you. Sorry to be a bother

Hi. The only post i can think of by someone was about 'The Bates Method' eye exercises. This post was years ago & i found it intriguing. I do them for my bilateral Nystagmus. My optician said these exercises will only help the eye muscles. There's books on this. Utube may be useful.
