No it's impossible dyslexia is not a disease or illness you can catch. How do you know you are dyslexic? What makes you think that you are? Believe me if you are then you have been dyslexic since the day you were born and it wasn't picked up at school. Trust me it is not something you can catch. Perhaps you should go and talk to your GP?

You can acquire trouble with words and perception through brain injury or a disease like dementia or encephalitis. But most people who describe themselves as dyslexic are born with a difference in perception.

Did some "expert" tell you that you caught it? I have a friend who learned to read through a tutor. He announced she was "cured." You can't cure dyslexia, you just learn to work around it. You are born with it. You can't catch it, you just catch on that you have it.

Don't think of it as a disease, because its not. Your brain is just wired differently which makes some tasks harder for you than "normies." On the other hand dyslexics can do easily what others find difficult. It's a trade off.
