Is the M&S eat well range healthy and suitable for people with Type 2 diabetes? I had the beef Ragu which was lovely.

Have you talked with your doctor about the diet? Did he/she explain how the diet will help/work for you before you start it? What are your blood sugars for each day?

For the beef Ragu it's 47.9g. It was unbelievably nice. I think I'll have this once per week as a treat.
