Medical Reports of my Father

This is regarding my father, Mr. Bhupendra Sharma (Age: 62 years).

Medical History: Diabetic for 25+ years (on insulin injection now for 5+ yrs.), Blood Pressure problem, Obesity, difficulty in walking due to Knee pain.

Symptoms: stomach pain and pain around kidneys and intestine area, doctor said its pancreatic infection and asked for complete bed rest for 5 days with medicines.

I am attaching medical test reports. Please give your valuable feedback.

Has your father been rechecked since he was put on bed rest for the pancreatic infection? The pictures of the results are hard to read.
