Bridging the gap

Hi

I have been using the NHS support services for the last 9 months . I recognised I was drinking too much and asked for help . Since then I’ve had regular phone support to cut down and maintain a healthier relationship with alcohol. That’s finished now and I’ve started to slide back into bad habits.

I’d like to use the app to support and be supported by others in my journey .

Welcome to our community. We’re happy to help support you in your journey.

I work my program a day at a time. For today I ask a power greater than myself to help me stay away from a drink. I talk to another recovering alcoholic daily. I try to share my experience, strength and hope with newcomers.
