Hi all, I have been told by my GP to cut down my Alcohol. Easy said then done, as i Mum to an Austic and ADHD teenager and a Mum to a toddler with Eczema and food allergies šŸ˜” I myself have ulcerative colitis disease and my liver can't cope with the amount of Alcohol I dink. I drink 1 bottle of white wine..sometimes 2 bottles every night unless I am on nightshift. Any tips would be greatly appreciated....

AA.org

hi, did the doctor not suggest ways or signpost you to any agencies ? Iā€™m not sure where you from but if you look on the NHS website itā€™s give you links to places like ā€˜SMART RECOVERYā€™ and a few others. Iā€™d take a look and see if something suits you. The AA website does offer advice and thereā€™s a live chat option to see if that may work for you.
