I just achieved my first target 3 drink free days this week

Super proud of myself … promise not to go mad this weekend !

next week no drinking 4 nights is my target

Stoked !

love the idea of saving money calories and health ….

filled fridge with non alcoholic drinks then treat myself to a bath before bedtime .

Going to work on the idea that it’s evenings I most want to drink too much so that’s the bit of the day I need to address in order to work out a life style solution for the longer term .

I'm with you on that Andrino. I'm starting day one today, aiming to do 6 days AF.

Good luck and give yourself plenty of rewards ! I already feelA little more in control after breaking the cycle . I did have 1 too many last night but I feel more able to work through a strategy to try to control what I drink when I choose to drink …. I guess if I can’t I should consider giving it up but I’d rather not to be honest !
