When you loose fat, where does the fat go?

I’ve just come across a Ted talk called The mathematics of weight loss by Ruben Meerman 2013 which explains what fat is. It certainly makes you think 🤔 about fat in a different way.

I haven’t googled the science of how fat is completely metabolized by the body, but it’s probably turned in to a waste byproduct and excreted. Interesting question, though. 😁
