Been drinking way too much to the point I don't see an end. Everything I stop I feel extremely depressed and seems like the only way to stop it is with my drinking, which is in turn probably making me more depressed. I find it hard to even do thi ga like get to work without alcohol. Does anyone have any advice

Find help for your depression and find help for your drinking. I did both. I chose AA to help me stop. It’s a twelve step program that is found in most alcohol treatment organizations. It doesn’t have to be AA, but it’s the fastest way to get started . Go on line to find local meetings. Do both as soon as possible. There IS hope and there IS a way to get better. You are not alone and never will be.
