Hi everyone.
I’m just here because drinking on a Friday has become more of a habit than a treat. I end up drinking the majority of a bottle of gin and to be honest I think it’s really bringing my moods down. I work from home, and I think I’ve just started to look forward to Friday night drinks as a way to end the week and begin the weekend. When I drink I end up smoking too, which isn’t good at all. I then spend all of Saturday a bit ropey and in a bit of a bad mood and I just want to knock it on the head and enjoy my time with my family. Does anyone have any tips on how to break the routine? I’m thinking of going up to the shops on Friday after work instead. Just worried in case it then passes over to Saturday night! Thank you 😊
