Hello I had binge drinking issues through stress but I don't have any drink problems now I didn't drink for a few weeks then I had a couple of glasses of wine mixed with non alcoholic wine and it was sufficient I feel that's the answer for me there is a thin line I know between alcohism and binge and I feel I had time to retune my brain to divert myself to other interests to resolve my stress, there are new findings that not everyone who has been diagnosed as a alcohic can never drink again it is the Christians belief who first founded AA and I feel some don't go as the rule is you must never want to drink again I'm glad you are recovered and now helping people 😊
