Hi I’ve been referred to the alcohol and drug service and awaiting my second assessment on the 2nd any tips to help me get there I’m on a bottle of vodka a night and was contemplating suicide not now though

I read a post on here that 0% Alcohol can help you to cut down. Be yourself ask yourself on what you really want to achieve. I guess I know you want to be Alcohol and drug free. If things gets too tough please. You are in the right path. Slowing down or cutting down is essential.
