Keystone habits and mindfulness

Club Soda co-founder Jussi did a webinar for our members. He first talked about habits – in particular keystone habits. These can be any habit that helps to support other habits – either to create new ones, or to sustain existing ones. A keystone habit can be good just on its own, but the added benefit comes from the way they support other habits.
