Stroke victim in Thailand

My friend had a stroke 2/3 months ago , he’s lives in Thailand where I am now visiting him.

he still can’t walk unaided and is always saying that the left side of his face tingles constantly.

he hasn’t been given any after care program. Is all this normal for a stroke victim ? Does he have to let nature to just take its course. ?

kind regards

After having my knee and hip replaced I lost all balance. Physio did not help so I saw a Neurologist who sent me for a cranial MRI. It showed I had suffered a brain bleed and multiple mini strokes. My Neurologist put me on Atorvastatin 20mg and time release Aspirin 150mg daily. I still cannot walk more than 20 steps unaided and use a lightweight walker. I use a static cycle three times a week. I do balance exercises and keep myself active, crochet, puzzles, tv, anything to keep the mind active. I take daily multivitamins and extra B12.
