Has anyone else got tinnitus after stroke

hiya after I had a stroke , I had ringing in the ear . Advise consultant at the time , but said not a symptom of a stroke . I had stroke in 2018 and still have tinnitus , although I do not notice during the day as much . Maybe just got used to it.

it’s 10 years on for me and I also have tinnitus in my right ear worse in the night time

Yes, and some hearing loss around 1kHz.

Yes, my tinitus and hearing loss (at 1kHz) increased after a stroke. I also lost my sense of smell and my visual memory (essential to find your way), and it gave me right-side hemianopia.
