Please don't apologise for posting. As a newbie this page is the first 1 I read when I get up in the morning-it makes the day start off well as I am comforted by the fact I am not the only one struggling.

Take each day-don't worry about what tomorrow may bring-there is nothing we can do about tomorrow-just concentrate on today and how we can make today a bit more comfortable for ourselves.

Xxxxx

Hi, don't apologise for posting that's what we are here for, support and sometimes advice.

What type of work do you do, and how understanding is your boss ? I personally had to move sideways to a different position as my previous one was very demanding.

In relation to the fatigue I still get it every day at first I tried to fight it, but now usually about 7:00pm I have to sleep for an hour or I can't function at all.

Don't be too hard on yourself, you need to try to take the positives from your situation, however small they are.

Keep going and post as often as you need.

Hi Bb Never never apologise, totally understand how you feel. Life is hard right now and we have all been there and some of us are at different chapters of the book but some are also on the same page! Do keep posting others will share their advice with you. Hopi g you gain strength from this site! We all need support and to feel we are not alone! Do as you are and take each day as it comes and hopefully they will improve. Do you have/want to continue to work? Should you take time out to care for you? B strong. MmD

I'll just say it. Work sucked before all this now it just really really sucks. Keep doing your best. I'm sure it's better than most! The only one staring at you is you. Others don't care about your performance as much as you do. Chin up, it will all work itself out💕

That's the right idea, take care of you first so you can take care of others when you need to😉💪

Ok. Going to try going to the gym because Physical Therapy (PT) hasn't scheduled me yet and I need more help. Dr was discouraged at last visit because walking is not what it could be... balance is not cooperating☹️Thanks for asking though
