Contact remploy.....

Gov backed agency to help disabled or newly disabled people get or stay in work. They were great when I needed them.

30 hours may just be too much right now.

Remember they were new once too. Although you've been a nurse for years it hasn't been in this department. I have a thought you may being too hard on yourself. Because before your job was like breathing... it was automatic-piloted then, now its different because you are in a different area and you have to "focus" differently, it's not "familiar" still. Gentle hugs, be strong something will give🙏🏻. Cindy in NJ

Consult your union in case you need to access legal advice. You have a legal right to reasonable adjustments to your work to enable you to cope.

I found out the hard way that you can't assume your employer will do the right thing unless you have back up.NHS included! Good luck!
