I get a terrible headache in forehead immediately after hemodialysis. Lasts for about 5 hours. Dr says take tylenol...does not help...blood pressure checked...not there..Does anyone know what I can take to make this headache go away? Thank you in advance!

I find a cup of coffee helps, but you have to decide on liquid load and potential potassium levels

Could it be due to dehydration? I also get really bad headaches and now drink 200 mls cold water as part of my daily allowance, towards the end of the session, plus painkillers.

Try some broth. It's likely from pulling fluid too fast. Are they challenging your baseline weight? Is it possible you've gained weight and they need to adjust your target weight?
