Restless in bed after dialysis

Hi folks. I'm on hemo dialysis at home and have no renal function at all. I tend to dialyse in the evening, and I've been doing this for over four years now. Recently I've found that after I've been in bed for half an hour or so my feet begin to buzz / tingle and twitch, this can go on for two or three hours sometimes and I'm losing sleep as a consequence. has anyone else suffered with this, or better still found a remedy?
