Diabetes is a metabolic disorder.It has to be controlled and it cannot be cured..You have to consult a diabetes doctor who will advise about the medication after conducting several diagnostic tests.You have to control your food intake,do regular exercise for at least 40 minutes a day like walking and lead a stress free life style.Diabetes is a problem but with will power and adequate knowledge about the problem you can manage it. You should not get worried about it.You should buy a glucometer and test your blood sugar levels at home so that you can know whether your sugar is under control or not.
