Thank you very much, I shall practice the morning walk. I do not understand Wheat grass and Kallonji Sugar Powder. please give more details.

in reply tosweetrascal

Kallonji powder has been referred as black cumin or kaala jeera.(Nigella sativa) Recommended for control of sugar ,but not more than three tea spoons per day . (ref:mohammediaproducts.com). Ihave not tried this so far.

dont contact any body by mail. Make out all your points here and get all advices here only. Otherwise there are lot of touts who offer to cure 100% diabetes which is clinically not possible. Consult a qualified diabetes doctor. He will explain you. Don't waste your money in umknowns.

you will be normal, if you take care and keep yr sugar in control. The worst thing is that one looses sexual power. So this cricket U have to play from the beginning. good luck

As long as you keep the sugar level under control, you are normal. Take medicines regularly

,Walk for 4.-5 kms daily in the morning. Do not worry.

again you have copied and pasted your sermon. Avoid it so also your half baked proverb. If you are really a tamil man studied Tamil well you won't misinterpret ate the proverb.

It is possible to revert to normal health from prediabetic stage or at early onset and mild stage with proper diet, medication and exercise. Not in advanced stages. Stage of diabetes is imp than when it was detected.
