I have passed through this stage. I was prescribed methycobal tablets for this. I still continue to be on it. But please, do not jump to buy it over the counter. Please consult your doctor. In my case after consulting a nutritional consultant, there is much improvement. I do not feel it much now. I have since read 3 authentic books on nutrition medicine or shall I call it supplements. Very effective way of treatment.
