Mango is one of the fruits asked to be avoided. As it happens, majority of us cannot resist the temptation. Sometime ago, a friend of mine had raised similar question "Can I eat mangoes?" I had said "You should not eat mangoes, but once or at most twice in one season you can eat a mango." Please mark the difference. Diabetes is all about good management on an ongoing basis throughout our life. Not words alone, spirit of the expression is important.
