my fasting sugar 208,2hours after after lunch 275to325 with 30unit insuli,what can i do tu reduce my sugar.

you need togo for different type of insuline depending on your need. if using 30/70 type then you need 50/50 type insuline.you need to check for 72 hours what way the the insuline works by testing sugar after you take inuline every 4 hours or as advised by doctor.
