MY DIABETES ALWAYS NORMALIN THE MORNING BEFORE BRAKE FAST BUT IT SHOOOTSNEAR 200 AFTER 2HOURS AFTER LUNCH

erratic sugar levels is a cause of concern..always keep in mind a diabetic has to take precaution to keep his sugar under control. consult a pysician

Please let me know which medicine or Insulin u r taking. I will try to solve your problem to best of my ability. Also let me know if these readings are after breakfast or after lunch?? Have u ever taken Random Blood Glucose or before lunch??

sir, I am a retired physics lecturer at 59years and height 5'6'' and weight 75 kg. Yesterday i checked my sugar fasting 145 and post lunch with 3 dosas made of rice floor is 220 and three months average is 8 points. I take glizid M one before break fast and one before dinner. I cannot walk much because of my kNee pain due ankylosis spondylitis. I take very small quantities of rice three times. Now for the last one week i stopped rice and started taking 2 +2+2 pulkas with green vegetables. I am on strict doctor supervision. Would you please help me a diet chart.

You may add Galvus50 once a day any time before or after meals. More than 50 mg or less than 50 mg will not be useful. Consult your doctor on use of Galvus 50.. Also use of voglibose before night meals once a day may also give good results. Consult with doctor for choices before taking them.

Chattoo of chana is a high protein low carb choice. I soak chana and various gota dal - whole lentils overnight 100 gms and have that with small quantity (50-75 gms) of rice when the sugar goes up. I have found rice is more filling and showing lower BS yield than atta wheat. I avoid flour white bread except when the is no alternative to Roti or Rice. High vegetable diet is filling and low BS value too.

Change your work ethics, no work is so urgent that it is a do or die situation, same with logic, arguments, family and children. Difficult is counting till 10 easier is get a Jap Mala and recite the Mantra till your tensions are on a planning state.

High activity enhances your thyroid secretion and imbalances the hormone & insulin logic so the Jap Mala is the best. All the best people are prone to diabetes is my assumption due to hyperthyroidism I feel
