he is present using Novarapid Insulin@ 20 (Morning)-20(Afternoon)&20(Night). His present Sugar reading is running in the morning 170 (Fasting) and in the night 224.

Can you suggest to continue Novarapid Insulin?

Simultaneously he is also using Livamir Injection which has to given to the patient in the night at 10.30 PM. Some times his sugar levels went upto more than 595.

Need your suggestion in this regard
