there is no know remedy for diabetes.
all you can do is try to be in control.
you may walk briskly for 30 minutes daily preferably 0600 hrs.
practice breathing exercise to ensure burning of glucose.
break you meals into 6 times a day lesser quantities.
try normally cooked vegetarian food and pulses.
keep vigil over your blood glucose.
consult your doctor once in two months.
never get over stressed.
take your medication on time.
attend immediately to nature's call.
drink lots of water.
green tea and red tea, protein supplements good but never over do it.
if you smoke or drink alcohol please quit. drink lots of water.
try vegetarian food and split your meals to 6 times a day.

At present insulin therapy is must for type 1 diabetes.No other remedies are effective in this case.so u r recommended to visit proper diabetologist instead of depending on herbals or other remedies which are claimed to cure type1.They may be for type 2 but for type 1 insulin therapy is must to live healthy life.IT'S FACT.
