Your fasting blood sugar should preferable be less than 100mg. and PP should be less than 140 mg.

Your HbA1c should be less than 7%. HbA1c test will tell you about your sugar control in last 8-10 weeks. In fact this test is more dependable than routine blood sugar tests. In fact a single reading wheather high or low is not a indicator for diagnosis.

A controlled diabetic is as good as a normal person (of course with whatever medicine/s or life style modication which he/she is practicing). So you are as good or as bad as you think about your sex life. It is all in your mind. So do not think about diabetes too much. Just have controlled FBS and PPBS.

Sex life in Diabetics is affected by Neuropathy-especially autonomic neuropathy.The reversal of neuropathy is possible, though difficult.I dont know about the complete reversal of sexual dysfunctions, but usually the peripheral neuropathy is reversible 100%.

Even after taking a good dose of medicines I am not able to control my fasting and resulting to higher PP also. But the diff in fasting and PP being 50 or less, I feel medicine is ok. But how to reduce fasting , it is a really concern for me.

Festival season it has gone 225 ( fasting) and after the real control , it could take it to app 160. Can some one suggest me how to reduce it. I take very balance diet and non smoker , non drinker man.

You should not use Viagra in certain kidney conditions. You should check with your doctor but in general there is no contra-indication for diabetes itself. You can also google for viagra.
