please remember never stop your insulin without your doctor's advice.
You may also contact one Allopathy doctor named Dr. pramod tripathy who runs a wellness clinic which conducts residential program with full fledged medical team where we understand people through only diet and exercise have reduced medicines and insulin. You can google "Dr Pramod tripathy " You can get all details. I could see 1142 people have given 5 star rating in google review in the internet.

I have type 1 Diabetes and I have been on insulin for most of my life. Insulin can help with blood sugar control along with counting carbs. for each meal and/snack. Has your doctor suggested that you count carbs. and start using the Ayurvedic treatment? Some medications and different diets/treatments can cause blood sugars to drop lower than expected when on both. This is also possible with certain foods. Please talk to your doctor before you change your diet/exercise routine/medication. We want everyone to not get sick or worse. Please let us know what your doctor says.
I am not very sure how are they going to take you back from being on insulin . But i asked this to my endo so many times he never gives a positive reply on getting back to OHA's and convinces me that insulin is safe for your health
