The new strain of the corona virus has been detected in eight European countries, the regional director of WHO Europe said, adding that World Health Organisation (WHO) is continuing to monitor the situation.

While stressing on the need to boost the protective measures, Hans Kluge, WHO's Regional Director for Europe said the new strain seems to be spreading among younger age groups, unlike the previous strains.

Last week, the new strain of the corona virus was firstly detected in the United Kingdom. As per the experts, this type of infection is more transmissible than other SARS-CoV-2 variants. The symptoms are also different...Following the arrival of the new Virus Strain, Several Countries introduced new travel restrictions for both national and international travels.

Anyway, by now we know how to fight with the virus by enhancing our immunity by healthy diet, physical exercise, deep breathing exercise to strengthen our lungs.

However, we should not be complacent..we need to take all precautions- face mask, physical distances, minimise travels , stay indoor as far as possible, maximise digital transactions for all essentials, work from home as far as possible.

Take care , Stay Safe 🙏

So far no list in available on the 8 European countries.

Asia, USA, South America, Japan, China and other countries need to control the border.
