While vaccine is still elusive, in the mean time , it has been seen that ordinary Iodine solution which is currently used as (1) Water purifier (2) Mouth Gargle (3) Antiseptic solution used for cleaning wounds has been seen killing out Covid19 with 99.9% effectiveness .

That is interesting information but since you have asked about any knowledge I have of iodine I have found an article published in a the news letter of a recognised society. As of today, few things seem to be helping to prevent or even to manage the Covid19 infection:

(1) Supplements Vit C, Vit D & Vit Z

(2) Hand hygiene and use of mask outdoor

(3) Eat Healthy food and much of it preferably from Whole plant food

(4) Remain active and do some physical activity.

(5) Deep breathing exercise- Pranayama

(6) Sleep in Prone position as long as possible during night.... I am aware of cases even in critical cases where ventilator not available doctors and nurses are advising the infected person to sleep in Prone position.

(7) on medication, Covid19 responds in most cases to either HCQS or a steroid Dexamethasone or Betamethasone...
