Good information posted....thanks !

However, Diabetic Diet is something which has always been debatable....😊

Since a particular Diet suitable to you may not be suitable for me because your body constituent and underlying health conditions is different than mine..and so also another 3rd person's case may be totally different than yours and mine....so we all three may respond differently to the same diet...so a particular Diet may not be the best fit for all human beings with diabetes.....

In this forum , members keep doing their own experiment and then find out on their own what is suitable to them and what is not and then follow a dietary pattern to best manage their blood sugar/their health condition . So let us be happy and share with each other's experience 😊

For example I practised LCHF for one year very sincerely when I learnt from this forum that it is a good science...

But it was a disaster for me.....undesirable weight loss... I became like a straw....discovered all my lab parameters went hayware....I developed Insomnia... Fatigue..my lipids went totally out of control....still I had a love towards this LCHF science... Later I discovered that my hsCRP went abnormally high.... I repeated test thrice with in three months....same result....this is abnormal... My body did not accept the Diet and therefore it resisted the diet to creat high inflammation in my body which was manifested in hsCRP ... I immediately changed my LCHF diet.... All my lab parameters became ok....I got solid 8 hours sleep......my hsCRP level became normal...what a magic a Diet can play!

My learning :

One should definitely avoid all processed (factory made food), Refind carbs, starchy vegetables, junk fried food from fast food counters/restaurants food....

While limiting Carbs is required , one needs to find out his tolerable limit ... But one need not necessarily avoid vegetables and fruits and whole plant food, nuts and seeds which provide a lot of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, Phyto-nutrients....these are the ones which gave me strength, I got back my pink of health... All my lab parameters came back to normal... HsCRP became normal... last one year, I never had a cold or a cough or a fever or any type of Ill health...never had to visit a hospital or a medical professional...

So this diet is for me and I am for this diet... Made for each other....

There may be someone over there who would say he can not tolerate vegetables and fruits, plant food and he eats a fatty meat based diet and he is ok... it may be a Good diet for him....

Sometime back, I had posted a nice post "Both Low Carbo Diet and Low Fat Diet " could be equally Good or equally Bad......

Which you may like to revisit and read the post with all the attached articles and the entire thread to get the right persepective...... it was non biased study ....Very intersting .. all of you please enjoy reading ..and please take care and stay safe... 🙏
