The link below gives you data on the glycemic index of many foods and helps us to plan our menu to meet our taste and other preferences. For your information.I may add that it is advisable to avoid high glycemic foods, be moderate with moderate glycemic foods and consume low glycemic foods as required.

Good information. For me it is difficult to measurements of uncooked food and cooked food!, we have not used this for the last 60 years!!!

In the modern cooking this may not be a problem.
