Buckwheat Kuttu can help manage Diabetes

Hi everyone,

This was in the news yesterday and as Kuttu is readily available I thought that I'd post the article about it. Buckwheat is a gluten free pseudo grain that contains some of the essential amino acids that our bodies need so is a good source of protein is good for the gut good for the heart and helps to maintain/manage good sugar levels, so is a great addition to our diets.
