Please consult your doctor about what medications you can take. This is to be on the safe side of things and you won’t get sick or worse. No one wants this to happen to anyone.

You have been breast feeding for 3 months. Any problem? But take care that you are not taking anti diabetic medications which are secreted in the milk. You can surely try idm / lchf. Also, try to keep your blood sugar between 120-140.
