I watched the video.Very educative.I will not use chia for two reasons-1.Suffer from occasional acid reflux and 2.My blood pressure is at the lower end of reference range.

I eat chia seeds every day mostly in the morning either chia pudding or add into hot chocolate. Its high fibre content really fill me up for several hours.

Definitely not. I do not eat any sugar or sweetener. My hot chocolate made of organic raw cacao, grounded cinnamon, chia seeds, grounded black sesame, coconut or almond milk and double cream.

Yes you can have. Soak it overnight a teaspoon full in a glass of water and have during your breakfast. They are good source of Omega 3 fatty acids good anti-inflammatory.

Yes I'm using it and the result is just amazing I found very difficult to loose weight but since I started taking chia seed I was loosing weight and even excretory system also works very well with chia seed ...

But don't take every day

I was taking it alternate days because it has the capacity to absorb water from your body

At the start u will feel gas bloating in stomach but don't worry it means it's working .....

Remember 1 thing u have to drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated otherwise it's first reaction is dehydration

Overall it's safe for weight loss n

NO SIDE EFFECTS

You should soak it in water for 10 or 20 minutes and only then use it.
