Although I eating food of full content of vitamin Bs such milk, meat,...etc with good control of diabete but my body faced with lack of vb12 also I am not in medicine such as metformin, it is a question to me y this happened.
Today the doctor prescribed me six vb12,vb6,vb1 ampouls.

There are few foods that contain Vitamin B-12 and certainly the mentioned items in your post is insufficient for an adult to have required V B-12. One of the rich source is a herb whose botanical name is Solanum nigrum and the English name is ‘Black night shade’, Sun berry or ‘wonder berry. The leaf and berry are good source of B-12. Another algay called "Spirulina" available in the form of tablet is also good source. But one of the member of this forum was of the view that it is pseudo B-12 which you can check and use after discussion from your doctor. However instead of capsules it better to obtain from any of the above natural source on long term basis.
