Are you referring to ground whole corn grain or a derivative of processed corn,also called corn starch?Either way it is loaded with carbohydrates and be cautious.Also,what do you make out of corn flour,like fruit custard?In that case ,there will be added sugars and you should be extremely careful about such dishes.

All cereals generally offer same amounts of carbs. I generally prefer pearl millet over others. You can also use Patanjali oats for breakfast . Maize should be avoided if possible.
