If Fbs and ppbs is normal buthbaic is increased it means patient is diabetic or not.

What are actual FBS, PPBS and Hba1c readings ?

Spikes are normal even in non diabetics. So, please don't worry if fbs and ppbs are persistently within non diabetes range.
