Diabetes

Medicine alone will not help you to manage diabetes.Strict control over diet, physical activity like walking/jogging and a stress free lifestyle are very important. You will also gain a lot by acquiring thorough knowledge about diabetes to help you to formulate your own strategy to combat your diabetes.
FBS should be less than 100 mg/dL. PPBS should be less than 140 mg/dL.
You should give more importance to low carbohydrate diet, aerobic exercise and diabetic education.
Undergo HbA1c test.
