Any body has tried I coffee to reduce BS levels.my friend says by drinking two times in a day before food it will not allow extra carbohydrates to absorb in the blood.any body s experience with I coffee please

If you don't want carbs to get absorbed why should you eat carbs and waste your money on both carbs and the coffee ?It's akin to drug acrbose and voglibose.

When i asked bariatric surgeon of my city - a very gentle fellow - why should he not advise people for keto diet rather than B surgery. I also told him that he wouldn't like what i had been saying. He just laughed. The people want shortcuts. Don't want to have selfcontrol but even after B surgery if they don't improve their diet habits and go on taking high carb diet, sweets and drinks - soft and hard - i don't think they are gonna benefited. Also frequent eating is not advisable. After B surgery many people have permanent nutritional deficiencies in addition to gi malfunctions. You are cutting a natural organ whose function is synchronized by many inputs. Nerves get damaged, different chemicals secreted by different parts and so on. I would call it unwise to go for a B surgery. Self control and keto diet for few months are far better.
