My blood sugar fasting is 130,how it can be reduced to normal level

Are you type 1, 2 or LADA (1.5)? What medications are you on? Did your doctor talk to you about counting carbs for each meal and/or snack? Do you do an exercise routine each day?

Eat less food, more times in a day.

Don't eat food after 7:00 pm.

Check your blood sugar daily and avoid foods that cause hyperglycemia.
